    A mad man was running on 3rd mainland bridge this afternoon and was shouting 13 13 13 13 13
    a lotto gambler in his car in traffic saw the mad man and thought the mad man was giving out 2direct (2sure) for baba ijebu so he went to meet the mad man and asked what is 13 ,shey na baba ijebu 2sure? the mad man carried him and threw him into the lagoon and started shouting 14 14 14 14 14 14
